Heels
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 PM
Dance Victoria - Shaw

These classes consist of a warm-up, conditioning, heels dance choreography, and a cool down. Students will learn a two choreographies throughout the session and will have the opportunity to perform in our end of session show and production. As this is an open-level class, choreography will be tailored to students individually based on their dance level.

These classes consist of a warm-up, lyrical dance choreography, and a cool down. Students will learn a two choreographies throughout the session and will have the opportunity to perform in our end of session show and production. As this is an open-level class, choreography will be tailored to students individually based on their dance level.

Hip Hop

Chair & Heels
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM

This sessional class features a warm-up with conditioning specific to chair tricks and heels dance, choreography, and a cool down. Students will have the option to perform in our end of session show and production. As this is an open-level class, choreography will be tailored to students individually based on their dance level.

The Heat Dance Crew
The Heat Dance Crew
Thursdays 8:00-9:30 PM
Maple Leaf (310 Henry)
This is an open-level performance crew. Dance style varies based on the session. This group is the face of Canned Heat Dance Company out in the community and will perform more frequently than our sessional classes in events such as competitions, local markets, community events, and flash mobs. In exchange for the increased commitment level, students receive a reduced class rate of $75/month due on the 1st of each month and will be provided one costume piece for each choreography learned and performed. Dance Victoria - Shaw

This is a production focused, intensive program for dancers of all levels who seek a fun and creative challenge. Students begin with an informal audition on the first day of class to determine their best suited role for the production. Students will learn dances in various styles with different choreographers throughout the project which creates an environment of quick growth and development of new skills. The program culminates with an original production brought to the stage for the community, family, and friends.

Registration & Payment Process
Once you've chosen your class(es), you can register by:
Filling out the registration form on registration tab of the website.
You will then receive an email from cannedheatdanceco@gmail.com with amount owing.
E-transfers to be sent to the same email address.
Sessional class payments are due by the end of week 1.
FREE TRIALS
We start each of our seven week sessional classes with "free week" which means you can try any/all sessional class that week for free. This gives students the opportunity to try the classes/styles without having to commit to registering in advance. Claim your free trial by emailing cannedheatdanceco@gmail.com to secure your spot.
